What:  Adult Charity Game.  All proceeds go to Smile Train & MS Run the US.

Skill Level:  We will have 3 lines per team and 4 goalies total who will rotate.

• A line is for players with 7+ years of experience  Sorry...the A line is full
• B line is for players with 3+ years of experience  Sorry...the B line is full
• C line is for players with 0-3 years of xperience  Sorry...the C line is full

Location: Gila River Arena, 9400 W. Maryland Ave, Glendale, AZ 85305

Time: 12:15 PM (Please arrive 45 minutes before)

Donation to play: $40.00 (additional donations can be made at the door)
